Information we collect
This website collects only the information you choose to provide. If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number (if provided), and the message you write. The site does not require you to create an account.
How we use it
Information you submit is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether the firm can help with your matter. Submitting the form does not create an attorney–client relationship, and you should not send confidential information until such a relationship has been established in writing.
How we store it
Contact-form submissions are delivered to the firm by email and may be retained for recordkeeping. We take reasonable measures to protect the information but cannot guarantee the security of information transmitted over the internet.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We do not share it with third parties except as necessary to operate the website (for example, the email service used to deliver your message) or as required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device, and browsing activity on this site, in accordance with Google's privacy policy. This helps us improve the site; it is not used to identify you personally. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on, or by blocking cookies in your browser.
This site also sets a strictly necessary session cookie when you use the contact form. It exists only to protect the form against cross-site request forgery and carries no advertising or tracking function.
Spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which distinguishes human visitors from automated bots. To do that, Turnstile receives limited technical information from your browser — such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and interaction signals — and processes it under Cloudflare's privacy policy. It is used solely to block automated abuse of the form, not to identify you, build a profile, or serve advertising. Cloudflare also provides the DNS for this website.
