What that means for you
It means the attorney evaluating your case at the first meeting is the same attorney who will negotiate with the insurer and stand up in court. Nothing is handed off to a junior associate or a paralegal you never chose. When adjusters know a case is prepared by the lawyer who will try it, that changes the conversation.
How the firm is paid
Personal-injury matters are handled on a contingency-fee basis: there are no hourly bills, and the attorney fee comes out of any recovery. Clients may be responsible for litigation costs and expenses regardless of the outcome — and Paul explains exactly how that works, in writing, before you sign anything.
